The Real Estate Board in the GTA's Peel Region has seen a tremendous increase in prices over the past 10 years, with an overall average increase of 135.8%. Detached homes in Brampton rose 149.5%, semi-detached units increased 149.9%, and condo apartments saw a 153% jump. In Mississauga, detached homes rose 134.6%, semi-detached units increased 132.7%, and condo apartments saw an average increase of 132.1%.
